Vizard form

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to have a vizard able to (through training) transform into his full hollow form sort of like ichigo when ulquiorra "kills" him.
I wanted to know because it would be sort of equalizing espada's Ressurection form with vizards since vizards only get masks and there's no way to tell if they are elite or regular? thx
